Terms of Service

King James Bible is an online Bible platform available at kingjamesbible.io. The service offers free and paid access to Bible texts, study features, a prayer book and reading plans.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use the service. We reserve the right to change these terms. For significant changes you will be notified by email.

King James Bible offers the following services:

• Free — Bible reading (all 66 books), saving verses, search, prayer book, max. 3 studies and max. 5 collections.
• Premium — All basic features, plus unlimited studies and collections, reading plans with progress and priority support.

We reserve the right to change the free offering. Changes to the Premium offering are announced at least 30 days in advance.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that takes place through your account. Report misuse immediately via support@kingjamesbible.io. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Mollie.
• Prices include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not available for periods already elapsed, unless required by law.
• Premium access may be suspended in the event of non-payment.

You may not:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Scrape or reproduce Bible texts or other King James Bible content on a large scale.
• Hinder others or disrupt the integrity of the service.
• Post false or misleading information (e.g. in studies or prayers).
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

The Bible text (King James Version) is in the public domain in most jurisdictions. All other content of King James Bible — including logo, design, code and blog articles — is owned by King James Bible and may not be copied without permission. Content you create yourself (studies, notes, prayers) remains your property.

We aim for 99.5% availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. King James Bible is not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability, data loss due to technical failures or inaccuracies in the Bible text or study material. The service is provided “as is”.

You can delete your account at any time via the settings. We may terminate your account in the event of repeated or serious violations of these terms, after prior warning unless the situation requires immediate action.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory consumer law designates another court.
